SAVANNAH, Ga. -- Bethune-Cookman concluded its three-match road trip with both teams dropping a 7-2 decision to Savannah College of Art Design Sunday.
Matea Roki and
Alejandra Vidal extended their singles wins streaks to five and four, respectively, but the shorthanded Lady Wildcats (8-10) saw their three-match winning streak snapped by the Bees (12-3.) Roki improved to 11-6 on the year, while Vidal is now 9-8.
In the men's match,
Alvaro Barrera and
Greg Almeida registered singles victories for Bethune-Cookman (1-17) in its road loss to Savannah College of Art Design (7-7).
Both teams return to action Saturday against Florida A&M in the regular season finale. It's also Senior Day.
