GREENSBORO, N.C. - The Bethune-Cookman Lady Wildcats continued their road trip to Greensboro, N.C., to face off with the MEAC's number one team. The Lady Wildcats came into the game on a high note, after winning two consecutive games, and carrying the MEAC's number two scoring offense. However, the scoring power of the only undefeated team in the conference proved to be too much as the Lady Aggies ran over the Lady Wildcats.

The game remained close in the early going, but with just over 13 minutes remaining in the half, NC A&T took off into a 20-6 run. That run put the Lady Wildcats into a seemingly insurmountable hole, as they traded scores for the rest of the half, with the Lady Aggies carrying a 44-29 lead into the half.

The Lady Wildcats came out after the half in a slump, but the Lady Aggies kept firing, taking a 31-point lead before B-CU started chipping away at the deficit. B-CU fought their way back, getting the lead down to 17 with just under four minutes remaining. However, that's the closest the margin became, with NC A&T firing back and pushing back out to 22 at the final buzzer, downing the Lady Wildcats 90-68.

Sarah Bolden led B-CU in rebounds, grabbing seven boards, while also scoring in double-figures with 12 points.

With the loss, the Lady Wildcats fall to 9-12 (2-8 MEAC) on the season and return home for a short break, before heading out on the road again as they face off in rematches with Coppin State (Feb. 14, 2 p.m.) and Morgan State (Feb. 16, 5:30 p.m.).
