The Bethune-Cookman University Athletic Communications Office is located in the Michael & Libby Johnson Center for Civic Engagement on W. International Speedway Boulevard.

Interviews
Media members should never contact Bethune-Cookman coaches or student-athletes without first coordinating with the Communications staff.
Requests for Athletic Director Reggie Theus or other coaches and staff members should be directed to Director of Athletic Communications, Bryce Hoynoski.
Credential Requests
Seating for general media, visiting radio and visiting staff are extremely limited at all facilities. Therefore, media requesting game day credentials should do so at least 72 hours in advance of the game. Bethune-Cookman Athletics reserves the right to decline requests due to space limitations.
Still Photography
Like other members of the media, or media looking to shoot video of a game or practice, requests to attend a practice session must be received at least 24 hours in advance and credential requests for games must be made at least 72 hours in advance of any game. Photographers will be restricted from the floor during basketball games and will be allowed only limited movement inside Moore Gymnasium.
NCAA policy establishes that only photographers on assignment will be afforded credentials. Designated areas for photographers have been marked on each baseline, all photographers must remain within the designated areas.
We will have a photographer, Romeo Guzman, shooting games for us on a regular basis and can provide images upon request. He is available to shoot games on a free-lance basis with enough advance notice. Contact him directly at rguzmanphoto@cfl.rr.com for more information.
