DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Matea Roki and Mina Matsuba registered victories in Bethune-Cookman's 5-2 loss to Florida Gulf Coast Saturday.

Roki's win at No. 2 singles brought the Lady Wildcats (0-2) within a team point before FGCU (1-2) reeled off three consecutive wins to seal the match. Matsuba closed the day with a three-set victory over Braena Stampfli at No. 1 singles.

Bethune-Cookman meets Embry-Riddle Tuesday.
