A New Era of @BCUHoops Opens Friday
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Bethune-Cookman University and Johnson University (FL) open the 2017-18 season at Historic Moore Gymnasium on the campus of BCU to begin the Ryan Ridder era of Wildcat basketball.

THE STARTING FIVE
1 Friday's matchup with Johnson University (FL) marks the first meeting between the two universities, as well as the first game of the Ryan Ridder era. Ridder went 4-0 in season openers previously at Daytona State College

5 Brandon Tabb ranked fifth nationally with 307 three-point attempts last season. The mark was good for second in the MEAC, while his average of 3.3 made trifectas was ninth in the nation and also second in the MEAC
