DURHAM, N.C. – Bethune-Cookman's final road trip of the 2016-17 regular season takes the Wildcats to North Carolina Central on Saturday for a 4 p.m. tipoff and North Carolina A&T for a 7:30 Monday match-up.
The Wildcats (7-20 overall 4-9 Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference ) are on a two-game win streak after sweeping Hampton and Norfolk State last weekend. The Norfolk State win moved B-CU into a tie with Howard for the tenth seed for the MEAC tournament beginning March 6 in Norfolk. It also gave North Carolina Central a game-and-a-half lead over Norfolk State with three to play.
IF THE TOURNAMENT STARTED TOMORROW: Bethune-Cookman would play either South Carolina State or Delaware State in the opening round.
SCENARIOS: Bethune-Cookman holds the tiebreaker over Howard for the tenth seed. The Wildcats can move up to ninth, currently held by Florida A&M at 5-9.

Brandon Tabb is third in the MEAC in scoring at 18.5 ppg. The junior is also fourth in free throw percentage, second in steals and second in three-point field goals …
Quinton Forrest is shooting 55.5 percent from the field …
Diamante Lewis is fourth in the league in assists … The Wildcats have shot 71 percent or better from the free throw line in five of the last six games.
NCCU UPDATE: The Eagles have won 12 in a row … Patrick Cole just might be the front runner for MEAC player of the year – he leads the league in scoring and assists and is second in rebounding … Dajuan Graf is averaging 14.6 ppg.
NCAT UPDATE: The Aggies (2-26,0-14) are still looking for their first conference win after taking Maryland Eastern Shore to triple overtime Monday…Sam Hunt is averaging 12.8 ppg.
