WASHINGTON, D.C. -- Bethune-Cookman continues conference play and concludes a six-game road stint as the three-time Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference regular season champions meet Howard Saturday at 2 p.m. and Norfolk State Monday at 5:30 p.m.
The Lady Wildcats (8-5 overall, 1-0 MEAC) opened league play last week with a 67-50 triumph at North Carolina Central. After this road swing, BCU returns home to the friendly confines of Moore Gym next weekend for games against Delaware State and Maryland-Eastern. The Lady Wildcats haven't been at home since beating Flagler 74-59 on Dec. 15.
STATS WE THINK ARE COOL: The Lady Wildcats have three streaks going: They've won 18 consecutive MEAC conference road games dating back to 2017 … they've made a three-pointer in 170 games dating back to 2013 and are unbeaten on Saturdays (eight games) dating back to the 2017 MEAC tournament championship game.
