DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Bethune-Cookman University men's basketball hosts ita first Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference games of the year when Delaware State visits Historic Moore Gym on Saturday, Jan. 19, and Maryland Eastern Shore comes to town on Monday, Jan. 21. ALL fans are invited to attend a tailgate beofre the doubleheader kicks off on Saturday, Jan. 21. Beginning at 11 a.m., make your way to the parking lot behind the College of Liberal Arts to start a fun-filled day. Chick-Fil-A International Speedway, longtime supporters of Wildcat athletics, and HOT 94.1 will be there to pump up the atmosphere!

1 Bethune-Cookman hosts its first MEAC games of the year and returns for its first home game since Dec. 15. The Wildcats are 4-2 at Historic Moore gym this season
2 BCU won its only game against Delaware State last season in an 86-78 road triumph, and swept a pair against Maryland Eastern Shore
3 BCU continues to mix-and-match its lineups. The Wildcats have trotted out nine different starting combinations due to injuries and suspensions. The trio of preseason all-conference picks have combined to play 543 minutes of the total 3425, or 15.85%. Meanwhile, newcomers Cletrell Pope, Mark Gordon, and Dondre Duffus average over 10 points in MEAC games

A furious comeback that nearly erased a late 13-point deficit came up short as Bethune-Cookman fell to Norfolk State, 75-68, at Echols Hall Monday night.
Cletrell Pope totaled his MEAC-leading 10th double-double with a season-high 22 points and 11 rebounds.

Brandon Tabb scorched Delaware State with 27 points, and
Isaiah Bailey nearly matched him with 23 as Bethune-Cookman University took an 86-78 decision Saturday at Memorial Hall. The Wildcats (11-9) earned their sixth straight victory and matched a program-best 5-0 start in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference play.

Isaiah Bailey scored a career-high 24 points as Bethune-Cookman downed Maryland-Eastern Shore 87-67 in a Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference game.
Bailey went 11-12 from the free throw line, and also had seven assists, six rebounds and four steals as the Wildcats (13-12, 7-3) shot 53.1 percent from the field in the first half to take a 41-29 halftime
