Box Score BALTIMORE, Md..– Season-highs by redshirt-junior
Cletrell Pope with 24 points and 22 rebounds were not enough as a halftime lead evaporated for Bethune-Cookman in a 77-71 setback to Morgan State at Hill Fieldhouse Saturday afternoon. Pope pulled in 10 offensive rebounds as BCU set a season-high with 59 boards. Â

Â
MSU eventually stretched its lead to 10 on a Shwerwyn Devonish-Prince Jr. lay-in with 7:57.
Â
However, the Wildcats showed no quit with a 9-0 spurt tie the game at 62 on
Shawntrez Davis' three with 3:14 remaining.
Â
MSU settled in at the stripe over the final minutes of the game, sinking 11 of its last 12 free throws, to preserve the comeback victory.
Â
Soufiyane Diakite recorded his fourth double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds, while teammate
Malik Maitland was also in double-figures with 13 points. Davis totaled eight boards and eight boards.
