DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – After a perfect November, Bethune-Cookman looks to remain unbeaten when it hosts Troy Sunday at 3 p.m. in Historic Moore Gymnasium.
The Lady Wildcats are 4-0 for the first time since 1992, and a victory Sunday would match the 1992 team's 5-0 start.
BCU will go to Alabama in two weeks for a Southeastern Conference swing at Auburn December 15 and Alabama December 17.
BCU UPDATE: BCU set a single-game school record with 15 three-pointers in Tuesday's 81-41 victory at Charleston Southern. Seven different players made at least one from behind the arc. That game propelled BCU to fourth in the nation in three-point field goal percentage (48.3). They're tied with Alabama-Birmingham. Grand Canyon leads the nation with a clip of 47.3 percent. BCU is also 11th in three-point field goal percentage defense (22.0) and 13th in scoring defense (51.0).
Daniella Hatcher has been in double figures all four games and has shot 50 percent from three-point range.
Amaya Scott is averaging 10.5 ppg.
