Jibri Blount scored 20 of his 29 points in the first half as the Eagles (7-11 overall, 3-1 MEAC) stormed out to a 49-28 halftime lead.
BCU (9-1,3-2) scored the first seven points of the second half, but could pull no closer as it suffered its first home loss of the year and had a three-game winning streak snapped.
Cletrell Pope posted 10 points and eight rebounds.
Bailey scored the game's first five points, but the Eagles would score 25 of the next 31 as they shot 60.6 percent from the field in the opening 20 minutes.
Joe French scored eight points and
Leon Redd seven for the Wildcats, who had won the last three meetings between the teams in Daytona Beach.
BCU goes on the road the next three games, beginning next Saturday at North Carolina A&T.
