The Wildcats head west following a 51-71 loss to Middle Tennessee State. B-CU's
Joe French scored 18 to lead all scorers, but the Blue Raiders forced 20 Wildcat turnovers en route to the victory. B-CU's physicality improved from the season opener, as the Wildcats got to the free throw line 16 times and matched MTSU with 28 points in the paint.
The Wildcats look to avoid dropping to 0-3 for the first time since the 2007-08 season.
Scouting the Utes
Utah is 2-0 this season, most recently with an 89-56 win against visiting Sacramento State. Marco Anthony leads the Utes in scoring with 63 points in two games. He has also added 13 rebounds per game. Utah is shooting 42 percent on the season, and 30 percent from three-point range. The Utes are outrebounding opponents 113-58 in two games

Friday's game will be the first ever meeting between the two teams.
Sunshine Slam
Monday's contest is the fourth and final regional matchup of the 2021 Sunshine Slam tournament. The tournament opened on Friday with Holy Cross at Boston College and Bryant at Rhode Island. It continued Saturday with Air Force at Tulsa.
Following Monday's game, the tournament will move to a central location in Daytona Beach at the nearby Ocean Center. The Wildcats will open play at the Ocean Center against Bryant at noon on Saturday, Nov. 20. The winner of that game will advance to play the winner of Air Force and Holy Cross, while the loser will play the runner up of that game.
