Recap

The Wildcats had an eventful weekend, splitting a pair of games in the Sunshine Slam at the Ocean Center. The Wildcats stunned Bryant on Saturday, cruising to an 81-75 win thanks to four double-digit scorers led by Dylan Robertson's 21. The highest-scoring effort of the Wildcats' season marked the win for head coach Reggie Theus at the helm of B-CU.

Bethune-Cookman followed with another strong effort against Air Force in the Sunshine Slam Mid-Major Championship. The Wildcats led at halftime, 41-39, and again produced four double-digit scorers, but Air Force came out on top, 73-65.

Robertson was named to the All-Tournament team for his performance over the weekend.

Scouting the Flames

Liberty opened the season with a 85-24 win over NCCAA Regent University, but the Flames has scuffled since, dropping their last three – at LSU, and two neutral site games vs. Iona and Manhattan in Orlando.

The Flames are averaging 63 points per game on 43 percent shooting. They are shooting 30 percent from behind the arc. Darius McGhee leads the Flames in scoring, averaging 16 per game. Preston Blake averages just over five rebounds per game.

  • Tuesday's game is the Wildcat's last at the Ocean Center and final neutral site game of the regular season.
