TUSCALOOSA, Ala. – Taylor Williams and
Morgan Beacham each scored 10 points in Bethune-Cookman's 89-45 setback at Alabama Sunday.
JaMya Mingo-Young and Khyla Wade-Warren each scored 16 points as the Crimson Tide (5-2) kept the Wildcats (1-5) from hitting a field goal the final six and a half minutes of the first half.
Alabama registered 18 steals and generated 30 points off Wildcat turnovers.
Beacham, B-CU's leading scorer, was held to one point in the first three quarters. She and
Camary Harris each connected on two three-pointers.
Kayla Clark (seven points) posted her second straight 10-rebound game.
With a five-game road trip completed, B-CU returns home to face Warner on Monday, Dec. 6.
