SAN ANTONIO, Tex. - Two Wildcats scored over twenty, but it was not enough as B-CU fell, 90-69, Sunday evening at the Convocation Center.
How it Happened
The Wildcats (4-7, 0-0 SWAC) led early thanks to 18 first half points by
Joe French, but UTSA closed the first half on a run to lead, 49-38.
The run continued for the Roadrunners into the second half. The Wildcats cut the deficit down to ten, but could not come closer as they fell, 90-69.
French finished the games with 27 points on 10-19 shooting with five three-pointers. He added five rebounds, two assists, a block, and a steal.
Marcus Garrett scored 21 on 8-15 shooting. He also grabbed five boards, threee assists, and three steals.
Notes
- French and Garrett combined for 48 points, al other wildcats combined for 21 .
- The Wildcats were out-rebounded 42-28.
- B-CU finished 9-13 from the charity stripe. UTSA finished 14-28.

One game remains for the Wildcats before they break for the holiday. They will return home to host UNF on Thursday, Dec. 22 at 2 p.m. Admission is free.
