Scouting the Illini
Illinois is 8-4 this season, including an 0-2 start to Big Ten play. Most recently, the Illini took a 93-71 loss to Missouri on Dec. 22.
Terrence Shannon Jr. is the only member of Illinois to average in double-figures, scoring 18.2 points per game.

- The Wildcats are the third-best shooting team in the SWAC, shooting 43 percent from the field this season. They are second in three-point percentage at 35 percent.
- B-CU is the best free-throw shooting team at 72 percent this season. They have attempted the second-fewest from the line in the conference.
