HEAD COACH LAURA WATTEN
"We had a great day of being resilient. We executed pretty much everything that was called, ran the bases and played well defensively. We're young and we have a tendency to play and kind of kick back. That's part of learning to compete at this level. Maturity and growth are going to be the goals heading into tomorrow and the days after that."
"Hannah has been building up her endurance. We've been throwing her quite a bit and she's getting a lot of innings. She has the passion, she has the fight and hunger to be out there. After putting a zero on the board, we wanted to keep going with that."
NEXT UP: B-CU and Florida A&M conclude the series Monday at 2 p.m.
