BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Bethune-Cookman men's basketball is set for its first ever SWAC postseason appearance, as they prepare to take on the SWAC's No. 2 seed, Grambling State, Wednesday, March 8 at 3 p.m. EST at Bartow Arena in downtown Birmingham.

Three Wildcats capped off their 2023 regular season with a convincing win over bitter rivals Florida A&M.
Zion Harmon led the Wildcats with 29 points as the Wildcats handed the Rattlers a 91-70 loss at Moore Gymnasium Saturday.
Tuesday night, Harmon was named SWAC Newcomer of the year, and All-Conference Second team after his outstanding freshman campaign.
Scouting the Tigers
The Wildcats dropped both contests with the Tigers this season. Most recently, they fell, 66-54 at Moore Gym. They dropped a Jan. 7 contest with Grambling State, 76-70. The Tigers finished the regular season 22-8 overall, with a 15-3 conference record.
Notably for the Tigers, they posted impressive non-conference wins over Colorado, Vanderbilt, and #24 Virginia Tech prior to the conference season.
Grambling State's Cameron Christon was named SWAC Player of the Year Tuesday night. He averaged 13.3 points per game, 5.6 rebounds per game and 1.5 assists per game.
Notes
- The Wildcats finished the regular season second in the SWAD wit a 36% clip from three-point range. B-CU made the fourth-most threes in the conference.
- The Wildcats averaged the second fewest turnovers per game in the SWAC.
