List Time Out Header A slow-shooting first half saw the Wildcats' Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) Tournament hopes end at the hands of Grambling State, 65-53, at Bartow Arena. Two quick buckets put the Wildcats in front, 4-0, but B-CU managed just three field goals in the remainder of the first half.

B-CU rode some excellent defense to keep Grambling State  at bay for much of the first half. The Wildcats found themselves down just 22-17 with five minutes until the break before the Tigers rattled off a 22-2 run to enter the half up 44-19.

The Wildcats continued to battle trimming things all the way down to an 11-point game with four minutes to play on back-to-back threes from Derrick Carter-Hollinger Jr and Zion Harmon, but a deep three by Tra'Michael Moton ended the B-CU threat as they fell, 65-53.
