The Course
On the campus of Embry-Riddle there are a lot of trails that lead you around campus and if you follow one in specific you will find yourself on the ERAU Cross Country Course. Most of the two-mile loop has been around since campus was built in 1978. It can be used as both a women's 5k and a men's 8k course. The course is a true cross country course which includes all types of terrain, well-groomed athletic fields, a 150-meter grass hill, mulched and un-mulched trails and concrete.
