Wildcats Head to Make It Happen Games Before SWAC Play Begins

MADEIRA BEACH, Fla. –The Wildcats are set for its final neutral site tournament of the regular season at the Make It Happen Games beginning on Friday at 10 a.m. The event takes place at R.O.C. Park and will feature 10 teams including B-CU, who are participating for the second straight season.

  • Pitcher Mia Gonzalez is coming off an excellent weekend in Leesburg. In four games, the freshman allowed just two earned runs across 19.1 innings while recording eight strikeouts.
  • Emma Bradley-Tse finished with seven hits in five games in Leesburg. She increased her batting average to .400 on the season.
  • Aysiah Gonzalez drove in five runs during the weekend, which now puts her in the team lead in the category.
