DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman men's basketball will open its 2026-27 season on Monday, Nov. 2, as the Wildcats take on Furman in the final game of the Field of 68 24-Hour Opening Day Marathon at the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Tipoff is scheduled for 8 p.m. ET, with the matchup serving as the finale of an eight-game, 24-hour college basketball showcase featuring some of the top mid-major programs in the country. The game will be broadcast live on The Field of 68's YouTube channel and X feeds.

The Field of 68 is partnering with Visit York County at the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center, as well as Sanford Sports and the Sanford Pentagon, to bring back the 24-hour college basketball marathon. Bethune-Cookman and Furman will close out a marathon that begins at midnight ET with High Point facing Liberty. The event will feature eight games across two venues, with six contests taking place at the Rock Hill Sports & Event Center and two at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

The complete schedule for the 24-hour marathon includes:
