Royce Reed became the head coach of Bethune-Cookman Cheerleading in August, 2021.
Born in Orlando, Florida, Reed is a graduate of Florida A&M University where she received a degree in Theater Education and Humanities. Her cheer background expands over three decades and she began coaching at age 19. Reed founded Fantashique Apprentice Dance Company in 2010. The company became World Champions in 2019. Reed closed Fantashique in July 2021 to pursue other career opportunities.
Royce is also a staff member at Studio 305 in Las Vegas as well as an ensemble member of the Rolle Ensemble in Las Vegas under the Direction of Tyrell Rolle.
Reed is a mother to one son, Braylon, whose smile brightens up the darkest room and whose energy keeps her on her toes at all times.
Royce is a very passionate and innovative coach who enjoys working with people of all ages and backgrounds. Her goals are to produce a National Championship winning team while also building up strong, respectable and successful young adults.
