MEAC ANNOUNCES WEEKLY VOLLEYBALL HONORS
B-CU SOPHOMORE SETTER Julie Gibson EARNS PLAYER OF THE WEEK HONORS
Julie Gibson (Espanola, New Mexico) totaled 85 assists, 14 blocks, and 16 digs in two road match wins last weekend in North Carolina - earning MEAC Player Of The Week honors on Monday. The Lady Wildcats are now 8-11, 3-1 MEAC, following wins at Winston-Salem State and North Carolina Central last weekend.
Tonight, B-CU hosts FAMU, in a battle for place in the MEAC. Match time is 8 p.m. at Embry-Riddle University as construction continues at Moore Gymnasium on the Bethune-Cookman University campus.
