BALTIMORE - Krysta Gardner had eight kills and eight digs in Bethune-Cookman's 3-0 (25-21,25-20,20-15) loss to Morgan State Monday night.

Janeen Davis added seven kills and Jennifer Jimenez nine digs as the Lady Cats (3-23) concluded a two-match swing through the Harbor City.

Delicia Pierre had two kills, three service aces and six digs.

B-CU returns to Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Southern Division play this weekend with matches at Savannah State and South Carolina State on Friday and Sunday. The Lady Cats are in a three-way tie with South Carolina State and North Carolina Central for second place with a 3-2 mark. The top four teams from the division advance to the MEAC tournament Nov. 16-18 in Baltimore.
