The Wildcats' final tune-up for the 2012-13 season tips off at 7 p.m. as B-CU hosts Ave Maria in historic Moore Gym.
B-CU UPDATE: After this game, B-CU embarks on a six-game road trip that begins Friday night in western New York State against St. Bonaventure and includes a week in New Orleans (Tulane and New Orleans) and then an Ohio-Indiana swing with games Kent State and then the final two games of the Joe Cipriano Nebraska Classic in Valparaiso, Ind.
The Wildcats are 18-5 in Moore Gym over the past two seasons.
Kevin Dukes leads four returning seniors, including Javoris Bryant, Paul Scotland and Alex Smith from last year's Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference tournament runner-up squad.
ABOUT AVE MARIA: Ave Maria is a NAIA program based 17 miles west of Naples, Fla. The Gyrenes (A reference to WWII Marines) are 3-0 in their regular season games, and are playing Division II Lynn and Division Florida Gulf Coast in exhibitions. Kiel Lewis has averaged 20 point in the Gyrenes' first three contests.
