DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman returns to Historic Moore Gymnasium for a key Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Southern Division weekend, hosting North Carolina A&T Friday and North Carolina Central Sunday.
The Lady Cats (2-16 overall, 1-1 MEAC) are a match behind Florida A&M and a half-match behind North Carolina A&T after the first week of league play. B-CU's next five MEAC matches are at home.
B-CU UPDATE: Delicia Pierre (3.17 kills per set and 0.43 service aces) and Alexas Thomas (8.43 assists per set) are fifth in the MEAC in those respective categories while Normarie Rolon is ninth in digs per set at 2.96. Senior Jennifer Jimenez needs two ser-vice aces to become the fourth player in program history to reach the 100 career mark.
