ROCK HILL, S.C. -- -Bethune-Cookman's Delicia Pierre was named to the Winthrop Invitational All-Tournament team Saturday after the Lady Cats concluded play with 3-0 losses to The Citadel and UNC-Wilmington.

The sophomore had 26 kills and 24 digs in three tournament matches.

Against The Citadel, Rhea Simon had eight kills and 10 digs, while Phylecia Armstrong added seven and Pierre and Destiny Hudson six apiece as the Lady Cats dropped a 25-20,25-14,25-17 decision.Setter Alexas Thomas double-doubled with 23 assists and 13 digs.

UNC-Wilmington (11-3) racked up 18 services aces as it posted a 25-11,25-12,26-24 decision. Pierre had eight kills and 11 digs, followed by Simon with seven and Lauren Turner and Hudson with four each.

B-CU (1-13) hosts Stetson Tuesday evening.
