DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Hazel Ortiz-Rosado posted a double-double of 23 assists and 10 digs in Bethune-Cookman's 3-0 (25-20,25-14,25-15) loss to Jacksonville Tuesday night.

Rhea Simon had nine kills for the Lady Wildcats (6-17). Destiny Hudson added seven kills and Delicia Pierre five.

It was the fifth double-double of the season for Ortiz-Rosado, who also had a service ace.

Normarie Rolon finished with 14 digs for Bethune-Cookman, which lost its fourth straight.

Sammie Strausbaugh had 12 kills for Jacksonville (12-10) as it won its third straight.

The Lady Cats host Stetson Wednesday night.
