DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman women's basketball hosts non-conference, state of Florida foe, Jacksonville (4-4) Saturday, Dec. 12 at 1 p.m., inside Moore Gym.

After a week off from action, the Wildcats enter the contest 4-4 overall and 1-0 in Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference play, while the Dolphins are returning to action after a Dec. 6 win over FIU, 80-44.

BCU and JU have one common opponent this season, Edward Waters. The Wildcats picked up a 67-48 victory over EWC while Jacksonville finished with a 90-51 win.

Currently leading the Wildcat offense is junior Kendra Cooper with 13.3 points per game, while Kailyn Williams trails with 10.5ppg and Taylor Houston with 8.5.

Williams pulls down a team-best 9.4 rebounds per contest, while totaling 15 blocks this season and Jasmine Knowles has dished a team-best 35 assists on the season.
