The 7-19 Wildcats have five conference sweeps over N.C. Central and twice  over South Carolina State and Savannah State with two non-conference victories over Morgan State and Tulane.
 
Two-time MEAC Rookie of the Week, Alana Handy, currently leads the Wildcat offense with 3.13 per set, while posting nine kill/dig double-doubles this season and six straight. Phylecia Armstrong set a program record with a .750 hitting percentage against Tulane, recording 15 kills with zero errors on 20 attempts giving her the second-best percentage in the nation. Armstrong ranks third on the team with 2.02 kills per set and leads the team with 85 total blocks.
 
On the defensive end, Normaire Rolon Soto has collected a team-best 292 digs (3.36 dps), while Phalen Clark and while J'nai Higgins have split the setting responsibility with 442 (6.70 aps) and 385 (5.27 aps) assists respectively.
 
FAMU
The 12-11 Rattlers are paced by Maria Yvette Garcia 3.31 kills per set.
 
Defensively, Valentina Carrasco picks up 4.14 digs per set as Ginna Lopez-Chavez has a total of 50 blocks on the season.
