The 3-14 Wildcats picked up two victories during Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) opening weekend (Sept. 23-25), sweeping Savannah State and South Carolina State at home, with their third win over Tulane (Sept. 3) in New Orleans, La.

Alana Handy currently leads the Wildcat offense with 2.48 per set, while posting three kill/dig double-doubles this season.
Phylecia Armstrong set a program record with a .750 hitting percentage against Tulane, recording 15 kills with zero errors on 20 attempts giving her the second-best percentage in the nation. Armstrong ranks second on the team with 2.09 kills per set and leads the team with 60 total blocks.
