DAYTONA BEACH, Florida – Bethune-Cookman volleyball dropped a four-set decision to Florida A&M, falling 3-1 (25-20, 25-22, 22-25, 25-23), Sunday, Oct. 30 in South Daytona Beach, Florida at Warner Christian Academy Gym.
Rookie
Alana Handy finished with a season-best 27 kills leading the match while adding eight digs for the Wildcats.
On the defensive end,
Alondra Bautista collected 18 digs and finished with nine kills.
Back from injury,
J'nai Higgins collected 24 assists while
Phalen Clark collected 18.
Bethune-Cookman returns to the hardwood on Friday, Nov. 4 as the Wildcats host North Carolina A&T at 7 p.m. at Warner Christian Academy.
