DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman volleyball finishes its preseason tournament schedule as the Wildcats travel to the Bulldog Invitational hosted by the University of Georgia, Sept. 15-16 in Athens, Georgia.

The Wildcats open with the host-Bulldogs Friday (Sept. 15) at 7 p.m., before finishing with South Alabama Saturday (Sept. 17) at 10 a.m., and McNeese State at 4 p.m.

Phylecia Armstrong currently lead the Wildcat's offense averaging 2.43 and 2.10 kills per set.

Phalen Clark and sophomore J'Nai Higgins have split the setting role, averaging 6.71 and 5.09 per set respectively.
GEORGIA
The host Bulldogs are fresh off of a 3-1 (25-19, 25-22, 23-25, 25-21) midweek-victory over BCU's rival, Florida A&M in Athens.

Maddie Lobenstein's 3.59 kills per set carries the 9-1 Bulldogs offense, while Amanda Dachs trails with 3.0kps. Pacing the offense, Meghan Donovan dishes 10.29 assists per set as Cassidy Anderson's 4.17 digs per set heads the defense in addition to Magesti Bass' 1.27 blocks per set.

MCNEESE STATE
The 3-9 Cowgirls are currently led by Keegan Nelms and Rae Myers 2.36 and 2.53 kps.

Alexandra Aguilera paces the offense with 8.74 aps while Bridget Justis collects 4.36 dps.

SOUTH ALABAMAÂ
South Alabama ranks second in the Sun Belt Conference in hitting percentage (.237), third in service aces per set (1.49) and fifth in kills per set (12.10). Sarah Richardson ranks fourth in the league in hitting percentage (.368), and is 10th in blocks per set (1.00). Iva Durdanovic ranks tied for second in the conference in service aces per set (0.42), while Abby Baker ranks sixth in the SBC in digs per set (4.10).

South Alabama is 7-3 after dropping two of three matches last weekend in Fort Myers, Florida at the Homewood Suites Classic. The Jaguars enter the weekend with the second-best record in the Sun Belt Conference, and are 3-0 in neutral-site matches this season.
