MACON, Ga. – Bethune-Cookman tennis travels to Macon, Ga., for the Mercer Gridiron Classic beginning Friday.

It's the first of two Fall events for the Wildcat men and the second of three for the Wildcat women, who opened last weekend at the Bedford Cup hosted by USF.

MEN'S UPDATE: It's the B-CU for Victor Bravo, a native of Santiago, Chile who once played Andre Agassi and Steffi Graf at Roland Garros … Jose Plazas, a second team All-Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference performer last year, is back with David Ocampo and Juan Diego Ruiz.

WOMEN'S UPDATE: Junior Sheerly Bueno went 3-0 and won her flight last weekend at the Bedford while the doubles tandem of Alejandra Vidal and Karen Romero advanced to their flight final. Former Wildcat Gaby Chinchilla, a member of the 2015 MEAC championship team, is a graduate assistant coach for Mercer.
