MIAMI -- Bethune-Cookman looks to go 2-2 in Miami this season when the Lady Wildcats face the Miami Hurricanes Thursday at the Watsco Center. Tipoff is 7 p.m.
The Lady Wildcats (8-3) downed Florida International 77-59 over on the other side of Miami back on November 13.
Ashanti Hunt scored 15 points, had a then career-high 16 rebounds and dished out seven assists that gave Head Coach
Vanessa Blair-Lewis her 250th career coaching victory.
Miami (9-3) leads the all-time series 8-1. The teams last met in 2015, with the "U" taking a 55-47 decision.
This is the final non-conference game for the Lady Wildcats, who will begin a run for a third consecutive Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference regular season championship January 3rd at home against South Carolina State.

ABOUT MIAMI: The Hurricanes advanced to the second round of the NCAA tournament last season … They've won four in a row, but have been inactive since a 75-65 victory over Southern Illinois Dec. 20 in Trujillo Alto, P.R., in its Puerto Rico Classic finale. Senior forward Keyanna Harris and freshman guard Endia Banks co-led the Hurricanes with 14 points apiece, while freshman guard Kelsey Marshall added 10 more in the win.
