Vanessa Blair-Lewis is featured on an intriguing panel discussion with other prominent coaches that went live on The Players Tribune Thursday morning (November 29, 2018).
Alongside Dawn Staley, the coach of 2017 NCAA champion South Carolina, Vanderbilt coach Carolyn Peck, Buffalo Head Coach Felisha Legette-Jack and Ole Miss Head Coach Yolett McPhee-McCuin, Blair-Lewis discussed the challenges of women African-American coaches in today's environment.
"It was an honor to be included in this discussion shedding on issues surrounding the sport," Blair-Lewis said. "These are all powerful women, each with a different message that hopefully inspire and educate those who love our game."

th overall, Blair-Lewis has led the Lady Wildcats to three consecutive Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference regular season championship and WNIT appearances. Last year's squad posted a program record for season victories (24) and had a two-week stay in the College Insider.com Mid-Major Top 25.
