FAST TRACK: @BCUtrackxc Shut Down Friday At NCAA East

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman's three participants at the NCAA East Preliminary Friday at the University of North Florida could not advance.

After earning a berth in the quarterfinals Thursday, senior Sade McCreath finished 23rd in the quarterfinals with a time of 11.58 seconds.

Quamecha Morrison ran a 13.68 in her 100 hurdles first round heat, finishing 33rd while Jordan Williams was 34th in the 200 first round with a time of 21.18.

BCU has one entry remaining on Saturday – the women's 4X100 that will include Morrison, along McCreath-Tardiel with Thea Sudeall and Monae Nichols, who qualified for the NCAA Outdoor National Championships in the long jump Thursday.

Last year's 4X100 team advanced, becoming the first BCU relay to compete at the National Championship.
