DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - The Lady Wildcats volleyball team droped there home opener to Florida A&M University, 3-0 on Friday evening in Moore Gymnasium.

FAMU improved to (10-5, 2-1 SWAC) while B-CU falls to (1-13, 1-2 SWAC).
The Lady Rattlers won in straight sets (25-19, 25-12, 25-17).
Jasmine Moore led the way for Bethune-Cookman with nine kills and four digs while
Madison Coates had a team-high 11 assist. The Lady Wildcats had a season-high 12 assisted blocks on the night and three solo.
After a breack B-CU returns to action on Sunday, Oct. 10, when they travel to Tallahassee to take on Alcorn State University and Southern University. The games are slated to start at 1 and 5 p.m.
