@BCUVolleyball Extends Winning Streak To Four

ITTA BENA, Miss. – Mecca Freeman posted 11 kills, eight digs and two blocks as Bethune-Cookman won its fourth straight match with a 3-0 (25-7,25-9,25-21) Southwestern Athletic Conference victory over Mississippi Valley State.

The freshman from Houston hit .435 as the Wildcats (4-15 overall,4-3 SWAC) won four straight for the first time since 2018.

Malina Spencer added eight kills and hit .429 as B-CU jumped out to 19-3 and 10-1 in the first two sets.

Alleah Dallas finished with four kills, four blocks and two service aces. Jasmine Moore had five kills.

Rylee Davis had 14 assists, and Janleen De Jesus and Madison Coates six apiece.

B-CU faces Jackson State on Sunday
