Huntsville, Ala. – Skylar Kew led the way with a day-two surge as the Wildcats finished third out of six teams in the first event of the season for Bethune-Cookman golf at Robert Trent Jones at Hampton Cove in Huntsville, Alabama.
The Wildcats finished a collective 129 strokes over par as a team in the fog-shortened 36-hole event.
Kew finished a team-best 27-over, good for tenth overall among all golfers. She rose ten spots on the leaderboard after a day-two 77, the second-best score on the course for the day.
Emma Hastie finished tied for twelfth at 31-over, followed by Kyleigh Leaf at 35-over and Kamary Leaf at 36-over. Jordan Davis rounded out the Wildcats crew.
