DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. - Incarnate Word rode a monstrous second half, in which the Cardinals shot 60 percent from the field and 55 percent from deep, to a win over Bethune-Cookman, Friday night in San Antonio, Tex.
How it Happened
The Wildcats (4-6, 0-0 SWAC) appeared in control approaching halftime. The Wildcats entered the break with a five-point lead thanks to 17 first-half points for
Zion Harmon.
From there, it was all Cardinals. They drained 15 of 25 shots from the field, five of nine threes, and 13 of 15 free throws all in the second half to a double-digit victory.
Harmon did not score in the second half, but he led all scorers with 17.
DJ Carter-Hollinger recorded a double-double with 12 points and ten boards. He also recorded a pair of steals, a pair of assists, and a block
Marcus Garrett added 11 to round out the Wildcats in double figures.
Dylan Robertson recorded eight rebounds with three blocks.

- The Wildcats made 5-10 from the free throw line. Incarnate Word made 18 of 23.
- The Wildcats out-rebounded the Cardinals, 34-26.
- As a team, the Wildcats recorded 16 offensive rebounds, their second-highest total in a game this season.
