ORLANDO, Fla.  – Bethune-Cookman opens its 2022 Cross Country schedule Friday at the UCF Invite.

The men's team will run at 6 p.m., followed by the women's race at 6:30 p.m.

This is B-CU's second season competing in the Southwestern Athletic Conference. Last year saw the Wildcat men finish seventh and the women tenth.

Top returners for the men include Malcolm Brown and DeMauri Little, who finished 20^th and 33^rd at the SWAC championship last season. For the women, Kaliece Pickney (30^th) , Amenda Saint-Louis (40^th) and Jourdan Cooper highlight the returnees.

This is the first of five regular season meets, with the SWAC championship set for October 24 in Tallahassee.
