A pair of Karianna Woods free throws was followed by a Kayla Clark layup off a fastbreak – followed seconds later with O'Mariyah Tucker's layup off another fastbreak. That allowed the Wildcats a 41-38 lead in the midst of a 6-0 run.

With the Cats clinging to a 48-47 advantage later in the period, Chanelle McDonald connected on a driving jumper in the paint, while teammate Kerrighan Dunn converted on a layup of her own.

BCU led 52-49 heading into the fourth quarter.

In the final period, the Wildcats defense forced Bradley into seven turnovers. The Braves also shot 0-for-5 from three-point land, while finishing the period 4 of 13 from the field overall.
