DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. – Bethune-Cookman University Volleyball announced the introduction of the "World Tour" campaign on Monday, December 18, as the Wildcats prepare for a potential 2024 tour of Central and South America.
With Head Coach Brittany Williams recently completing her eighth year at the helm in Daytona Beach, the "World Tour" campaign is designed to increase and enhance the student-athlete experience at BCU, in addition to providing one-of-a-kind possibilities of the program traveling to different countries and playing university and club teams from those countries.
"We are truly excited about kicking off the 'World Tour' campaign, and getting letterwinners, alumni and others that want to support the Bethune-Cookman Volleyball program," said Williams. "We want our alumni to come together and participate in helping to improve the student-athlete experience."
The World Tour campaign coincides with the Volleyball Giving campaign that is geared towards renovating the BCU Volleyball locker room in Richard V. Moore Gymnasium.
"As you know, facilities can always use improvement to keep up with the times of today's athletics world," continued Williams.
Both campaigns set to run through June 30, 2024, as the Wildcats anticipate a Central and South American tour in July 2024.
