Hylan Hall has received an invitation to the 2023 MLB Draft Combine at Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona.
The 2023 MLB Draft Combine will feature top high school and college baseball prospects who are eligible for the 2023 MLB Draft. The Combine will be held June 20-25 at Chase Field in Phoenix, and players will have the opportunity to participate in a series of medical and performance assessments as well as educational programming designed to prepare them for a career in professional baseball.
The Combine will give players an opportunity to boost their draft stock, while giving MLB Clubs a new opportunity to evaluate these players in the weeks leading up to the Draft. Additionally, the MLB Draft Combine will be an integral part of the identification and development process for future USA Baseball national teams.
Hylan Hall was named All-SWAC First Team and SWAC Newcomer of the Year this past season.
Hall was one of the best bats in the SWAC in the 2023 season. He ranked top ten in the SWAC in batting average (.364), OPS (1.016), runs scored (51), hits (71), doubles (17), triples (6), and total bases (112). Of those categories, he lead B-CU in average, OPS, runs scored, hits, triples, and total bases. He also led the Wildcats in RBI (45), and slugging percentage (.574).
Hall was named SWAC Hitter of the Week twice last season season.
Hall has recorded 19 multi-hit games this season, including six three-hit games and a 5-6 performance at FAMU. His 16-game hit streak was the longest by a Wildcat last season. He has 11 multi-RBI games, including one 3-RBI day, one 4-RBI day, and two with five or more.
