Trey Thomas earnes his thirt SWAC weekly honor of the season as he was today named SWAC Player of the Week, conference office announced Tuesday from its headquarters in Birmingham, Alabama.
Thomas averaged an impressive 23.5 points per game this past week for Bethune-Cookman during games against Alcorn State and Jackson State. He also added nine assists, three steals, and three rebounds
This marks the seventh honors for the 2024-25 Wildcats.
Brayon Freeman and Thomas each now have three each. Thomas was last named Impact Player of the Week on January 21.
The Wildcats return to the court on Saturday, Feb. 22 as they take on Alabama A&M in Huntsville. Tipoff is set for 5 p.m. EST.
