BIRMINGHAM, AL. - Lathika Krishna and Reese Wilson were each named to the 2026 All-SWAC Second Team, it was announced Monday from the conference office in Birmingham, Ala. 

Utilizing national player rankings from events in both the fall and spring season with a minimum of 12 rounds played, Krishna and Wilson each fell within between No. 10 and No. 20 in the SWAC, landing them on the second team. Prior seasons saw the All-SWAC teams named soley from top finishers in the conference tournament. 

Wilson checked in at seventh among SWAC golfers with a national rank of 1377, with Krishna following closely behind at 1405.

The ranking system combines statistics and victories across multiple categories, including wins, strength of schedule, average score, average to par, and overall record. 

The Wildcats begin the 2026 SWAC Golf Championship on Monday, April 13 at 8:30 am EST.
