DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. — Bethune-Cookman volleyball has announced its 2026 schedule, featuring a competitive nonconference slate highlighted by multiple early-season tournaments before opening Southwestern Athletic Conference (SWAC) play in late September.

The Wildcats open the season on the road at the East Carolina Tournament in Greenville, North Carolina on Aug. 28-29. Bethune-Cookman begins the year with a Friday doubleheader against Hampton (2 p.m.) and host East Carolina (7 p.m.), before closing the weekend Saturday against Radford (4 p.m.).

The following weekend, B-CU returns to Daytona Beach for the Battle on ISB (Sept. 4-5), playing Stetson University twice — Friday at 6 p.m. in Daytona Beach and Saturday at 5 p.m. in DeLand.

The Wildcats then travel to the Charleston Southern Tournament in South Carolina (Sept. 11-12), where they will face Cal State Fullerton, The Citadel, and Charleston Southern.

Bethune-Cookman continues nonconference play with a two-match series at South Carolina State in Orangeburg on Sept. 18-19 before turning its attention to conference play.

SWAC action begins Friday, Sept. 25, when the Wildcats host Alabama A&M in Daytona Beach at 6 p.m. B-CU follows that with Alabama State on Sept. 27 (noon) to open league play with back-to-back home contests.

The conference slate continues with a road trip to face Jackson State (Oct. 2) and Mississippi Valley State (Oct. 4) followed by a midweek matchup at Florida A&M on Oct. 7 in Tallahassee.

The Wildcats return home for a busy stretch featuring Grambling State (Oct. 9), Arkansas -Pine Bluff (Oct. 11), Florida A&M (Oct. 16), Alcorn State (Oct. 23), and Southern (Oct. 25), all inside Richard V. Moore Gymnasium.

Late-season road action sends Bethune-Cookman to Huntsville for Alabama A&M (Oct. 30), followed by a trip to Montgomery to face Alabama State (Nov. 1). The Wildcats then head to Texas to battle Prairie View A&M (Nov. 6) and Texas Southern (Nov. 8).

Bethune-Cookman closes the regular season at home with Jackson State on Nov. 13 and Mississippi Valley State on Senior Day Nov. 15.

The 2026 SWAC Volleyball Championships are scheduled for Nov. 20-22 in Montgomery, Alabama.
