2015 – Junior Season
Named to the Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference (MEAC) all-conference first team… Led the MEAC with eight saves in 25 appearances, all out of the bullpen… Posted a 4.03 ERA in 38 complete innings of work… Registered 28 strikeouts and combined with teammate Keith Zuniga for a shutout… Also saw time in the field and at the plate for the Wildcats, registering a .200 batting average with two hits, two RBI and a run scored as a first baseman/designated hitter… Registered his first save of the year in the opening game of a three-game series at North Carolina A&T (March 14), working an inning, allowing two hits and striking out one… Picked up his second save in the second game of the series against the Aggies (March 15)… Tossed 3.1 innings in the first game of a series against Savannah State (March 28), striking out a season-high five batters in a 6-3 victory… Collected his final save of the year with two complete frames worked on the hill, striking out two batters and surrendering just a single hit in a 12-1 win against Norfolk State (May 15) at the MEAC Championships in Salisbury, Maryland…

Attended Southern Wesleyan University for two years… Played baseball under head coach Mike Gillespie… Played first base, shortstop and pitcher… Batted .280 in 2012, as well as a .240 average in 2013… Played in 50 games as a sophomore… Tallied five doubles and one home run while fielding at a .930 clip… Team went 22-33 in 2012, while registering a 19-33 record the following season… Posted 21 strikeouts on the mound as a sophomore… Picked up two saves out of the bullpen in 2012… Had an ERA of 2.50 in 2013… Held the lowest ERA on the team in 2013…

Personal
Son of Ned and Danielle Clymer… Has a younger sibling, Colby (19)… Originally born in Des Moines, Iowa… Volunteer assistant coach for the 14U Golden Spikes… Away from baseball, he enjoys fishing and hunting in his spare time… Attended Bethune-Cookman for the great education and extremely good baseball program/tradition… First impression of the school was that everyone was very friendly and he felt welcomed… Says his favorite sports moment is hitting his very first home run against Belhaven… Chipper Jones is his favorite since he was very young…
